I'm not sure what other universities do but at my university when the last week in the month roles around every RA has a moment of complete terror, "It's the end of the month... I have so many things I need to do classes, exams, programs! Wait that means it's almost the beginning of the month... Bulletin Boards! More work..." At least that's my thought process. Here are hopefully some easy and fun bulletin board ideas for you to do:
This bulletin board is fairly easy. all it requires to look good is good color choice and some amazing quotes to change someone's life... okay maybe not that life changing but an RA can hope! You can choose to either pick the quotes yourself or you could even ask your residents for meaningful quotes that they choose. I did this the last year and I had a lot of cool quotes residents sent to me that had impacted their life. It's an easy and sneaky way to pawn some of the work off on them!
